Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren will inaugurate the event at Science College Ground. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will preside over the function scheduled to begin at 11 am.
The roaring crowds and tribal troupes will spread an infectious cheer through the Chhattisgarh capital that will host over 1500 participants from over 29 states and union territories besides seven countries, showcasing traditional dance forms through music and drama over the course of the three days.
