New Delhi, May 6
Rajneesh Narain will be the new Director (Technical) of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), Madhya Pradesh’s Singrauli-based arm of state-run Coal India Limited (CIL).
The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Narain for the post. He has been presently posted as Chief Manager with South Easter Coalfields Limited (SECL), another arm of CIL.
In all, nine candidates were in the fray for the post. Of it two including Narain were from SECL.
He has been associated with the Chhattisgarh East Railway Limited (CERL), an arm of CIL with stake of IRCON and Chhattisgarh government, developed to evacuate coal from Raigarh-Mand coalfields.
