Ashwini Kumar Tripathy took over as the Regional Executive Director (RED) of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)-Western II with additional charge of ED (Operation Services).
Tripathy assumed the office of his new assignment on September 1 at NTPC Western Region II headquarters located in Nava Raipur—the upcoming capital city of Chhattisgarh.
Aswini Kumar Tripathy joined NTPC as an ET in the year 1985 and has a rich experience working in different NTPC locations like Farakka, Talcher Kaniha, Gajamara, ER-II HQ, , Unchahar and Korba before heading the Operation Services team in 2020.
He also headed NTPC stations at Unchahar and Korba. He joined the team at NTPC Nava Raipur as ED(OS) in 2021.
Welcoming the new RED, Team NTPC Raipur congratulated Tripathy and wished him the best for the coming days.
