The Board meeting of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) Limited has been convened on May 25 to inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the financial results of the last financial year.
“This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 19th May, 2023 intimating that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has been scheduled to be held on 25th May, 2023 at New Delhi to inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended
31st March,2023,” SAIL Limited said in a regulatory filing today.
In this regard it is further informed that the Board in the aforesaid meeting may consider declaration of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23, if any, the company added.
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 16th March, 2023, has inter-alia, approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 @ Rs 1/- per equity share (10% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company). The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend was 24th March 2023
