Rail Vikas Nigam to expedite two power transmission projects in Madhya Pradesh

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) had emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for two transmission packages of Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitran (MPPKVCL) in the Jabalpur company area.

“In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for two (2) Packages 16 and 17 of MPPKVVCL Jabalpur Company Area,” RVNL said in a regulatory filing.

The first Package include supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new 11 KV Lines, LT Line on AB cable, distribution transformer substation and supporting works such as DPs, TPs, crossing etc. for separation of 11 KV mix feeders and mix DTRs under revamped reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector (package-16) in Chhatarpur circle of MPPKVVCL. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 126,80,52,693.60, the company said.

It added that the second package include supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new 11 KV Lines, LT Line on AB cable, distribution transformer substation and supporting works such as DPs, TPs, crossing etc. for separation of 11 KV mix Feeders and Mix DTRs under revamped reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector (Package-17) in Seoni and Narsinghpur circle of MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur Company Area at a cost of over Rs 154.23 crore.
