Four killed, 70 injured in Bihar train mishap

Patna, October 12

Four  passengers were killed and over 70 injured in a train mishap at Raghunathpur, 70 km from here late Wednesday night.

District magistrate of Buxar Anshul Agarwal confirmed six reserved sleeper coaches of  12506 Delhi-Kamakhya North East Express derailed and overturned.

Injured passengers have been rushed to hospitals at Buxar and Ara. Seriously injured passengers are being sent to Banaras, Patna Medical College Hospitals.

All private hospitals in Patna, Bhojpur and Buxar districts have been alerted.

BJP president,J P Nadda talked to Bihar Party President Samrat Chadhury and directed him to get party workers involved in rescue operations.
