Senior bureaucrat Niharika Barik Singh has been appointed as the President of Chhattisgarh IAS Officers’ Association.
The 1997-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, Niharika Barik is currently serving in multiple key roles within the Government of Chhattisgarh. She holds the position of Principal Secretary for both the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development besides Department of Electronics & Information Technology.
Amit Kataria, the 2004-batch IAS officer, has been elected as Vice President and Rajat Kumar (2005-batch) as the Secretary of the Association.
Abhijeet Singh will be the new Treasurer of the Chhattisgarh IAS Officers’ Association. The members of the association have unanimously authorized the President to anoint the remaining members of the Executive.
