Lucknow, February 14
NTPC, India’s largest integrated power utility, marks its 50th anniversary with the Electron Quiz 2025, running from February 1–28,2025 across nine regional locations that include Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Ranchi, Noida, Raipur, and Patna.
The Northern Region round is on February 17, 2025, at Indira Gandhi Pratisthan, Lucknow, over 100 teams are expected for participation from top engineering and management colleges in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
The quiz, open to two-member teams, fosters knowledge, critical thinking, and industry-academia connections. Prizes include: First Winner: Rs 30,000, Second Runner-up: Rs 20,000, Third place: Rs 10,000 and Consolation prizes – fourth–sixth places: Rs 4,000 each.
The top two teams from each region will advance to the National Semi-Finals, with the best progressing to the National Finals.
Since 2004, the NTPC Electron Quiz has celebrated intellectual excellence. As NTPC turns 50, this edition embodies its legacy of progress, innovation, and knowledge.
