Adani Enterprises Limited has has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Hardoi Unnao Road Private Limited (HURPL).
The company incorporated on December 30, 2021, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- each, will carry out the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the project – “Access Controlled Six Lane (Expandable to Eight Lane) Greenfield ‘Ganga Expressway· [Group-Ill, from Km. 289+300 (Village: Ubariya Khurd, Distt: Hardoi) to Km. 445+000, (Village: Sarso. Distt: Unnao), Design length=155.700 Km] in the State of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP” and to do all necessary and incidental
activities in this regard.
HURPL will commence its business operations in due course.
