To promote tourism in Bastar and explore the region’s natural and cultural heritage, riders from Thirty 6 RC and BBC Riders Bastar undertook a joint biking expedition from the state capital Raipur.

The ride was led by Thirty 6 RC founder Dr Varun Tamrakar and BBC Riders founder Mohit Bhanjdeo. More than 70 bikers participated in this adventurous journey.

On September 13, the team set out from Raipur and reached Muchnar, where locals welcomed them warmly in a traditional Bastar cultural manner. On this occasion, local MLA Chaitaram Atami also met the riders, extended greetings, and appreciated the purpose of the ride.

On the morning of September 14, the bikers admired the natural beauty of Satdhara, and later visited the historic Danteshwari Temple to seek blessings of Goddess Danteshwari. They also had a cordial interaction with the District Collector and CEO. After the visit, the biking convoy moved towards Bacheli, where they explored Akash Nagar and gained insights into the region’s geography and social life.

On September 15, the team turned towards Bastar’s iconic waterfalls. They first enjoyed the scenic Phoolphad and Mehandri waterfalls, and then proceeded to the world-famous Chitrakote Falls, where they spent the night. During this time, bikers shared their experiences and cherished memorable moments from the ride.

The following day, the convoy returned to Raipur with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

Speaking about the ride, Dr. Varun Tamrakar and Mohit Bhanjdeo jointly stated that the objective of this journey was not only to promote road safety and riding culture but also to bring Bastar’s natural and historical tourist destinations to the forefront at the state and national level.Along with the leaders, a strong team of riders and crew members from Thirty 6 RC and BBC Riders took part in the expedition. The group included over 80 participants, with details of their T-shirt sizes and blood groups carefully documented for coordination and safety purposes.

The key participants included Dr Varun Tamrakar, Manish Thakur, Dinesh Jaiswal, Shantanu Parihar, Sunny Mohanty, Vikas Shukla, Dr Anjali, Mohit Chandra Bhunjdev, Pradeep, Captain VRK, Pinaki Banerjee, Rajiv Singh, Sunny Gandhi, Rajkamal Sahu, Danish, Reddy Ji, Shivhari Dubey, Guruji, Harsita, Dr Abhishek Sachdev, Sajal Rai Shrivastava, Himanshu Vishwakarma, Arpit Jha, Mrinalini, Preeti, Megha, Versha Verma and many others.

Additionally, from the BBC Riders team, the following riders actively participated: Gautam Nag, Kanishk, Vibhanshu, Issac, Mitesh Bhanushali, Vivek, Harsh Patel, Ashil, Anweshna, Ashish Peter, Melvin, and Ashish. Vihaan Durgam.

In all, more than 80 bikers and crew members from both clubs joined the exploration ride.
