A blood donation camp was organised at NTPC Nava Raipur on Monday in which 108 people participated for the noble cause.
An initiative by Arpita Mahila Samiti of NTPC Nava Raipur, the camp was jointly organised by NTPC Nava Raipur and Narayana Health MMI, Raipur. The camp received overwhelming response as 108 employees and associates including 08 female donated blood.
Earlier, inaugurating the camp, P K Mishra, RED (WR-II and Ash NI) appreciated Arpita Mahila Samiti for their noble initiative and underlined the importance of Blood Donation camp. “Such camp not only promotes the spirit of voluntary blood donation but also creates awareness about the importance of donating blood and contributing to the healthcare needs of needy patients,” Mishra added.
Besides RED P K Mishra and Arpita Mahila Samiti President Smt Ayesha Mishra, ; A K Manohar, ED-OS; A K Shukla, ED (Ash NI) set an example by donating blood wherein employees and associates participated enthusiastically and participated in the campaign voluntarily.
