The Grand Finale of SAKSHAM and SAMARTH SAIL level Management and Business Quiz (MBQ) was held on Friday at HRD Centre, Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP).
The team from Bhilai Steel Plant comprising of Umesh Malayath, SM (CAS & CWP) and Nivesh Vijayan, Manager (Personnel) bagged the 1st position in SAKSHAM SAIL level Quiz. The team from Durgapur Steel Plant consisting of Biraj Kundu, AGM (DSP) and Ravi Shankar, AGM (DSP) were the 1st Runners up while P Mitra, GM (DSP) and Anand Kumar, Manager (DSP) were the 2nd Runners up.
K K Singh, ED I/c( P&A) was the Chief Guest at the Prize Distribution Ceremony. Singh said that these events are helpful in enriching their knowledge and awareness related to the Business arena.
The SAKSHAM Quiz for Executives was conducted by Ajay Poonia (External Quiz master) while SAMARTH Quiz for Non-Executives was conducted by Umesh Malayath, Senior Manager (CAS & CWP) and Aiman Ali, Manager (EMD) as Quizmaster .
The team from Bhilai Steel Plant comprising of Ms. Priyanka Raj Gupta and Ms. Priyanka Madhuri Sahu, both OCTs from SMS 2 bagged the 1st position in SAMARTH SAIL level Quiz. Shivendra Kumar and Priyank Raj from BSL were 1st Runners up while Krishnendu Karmakar and Bubai Mukherjee from ASP were the 2nd Runners up in SAMARTH Quiz.
