Ranchi, December 29
Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) in association with NIPM, Ranchi chapter organised a seminar on artificial intelligence and impact on HR organised at CCL and new wage code at headquarters, Ranchi.
Director (Personnel) of CCL H N Mishra delivered the keynote address on artificial intelligence and impact on HR while CMPDIL ex-General Manager (personnel) N K Ojha spoke on the new wage code.
Speaking on the occasion Mishra, dwelled on various aspects of Artificial intelligence and how it impacts Human Resources. He spoke about the positive aspects of Artificial intelligence and the need to use it constructively.
Ojha spoke in detail about the different labour laws.
A K Choubey Ex Dir (P&IR), CIL and G D Ghulab along with delegates from CCL, CMPDIL and various other public sector undertakings attended the seminars.
The welcome address was delivered by Sanjay , Ch manager (Per), CCL and Secretary NIPM, Ranchi chapter while Smt Rekha Pandey treasurer NIPM proposed the vote of thanks.
