A part of a broken chair was thrown on the Chief Minister,Nitish Kumar during his Samadhan yatra at Aurangabad, 200 km south from here on Monday.
Chair piece narrowly missed to hit the Chief Minister.
According to official sources from the district, Chief Minister was in Kanchalpur village of Barun block of the district to inaugurate the Panchayat office. He was warmly welcomed by the people, but the security personnel did not allow them to come close to the Chief Minister.
Agitated over restrictions by the security personnel to approach the chief minister to present memorandum about some local problems, a local youth threw parts of a damaged chair on CM who had already opened the panchayat office.
