Baghel also announced the creation of four new districts along with 18 tehsils in a major move to decentralise the power. The Chief Minister said his priority had been that the administrative services reached near the common man. “During eight months of becoming Chief Minister, I announced the formation of Gaurela-Pendra district and ensured it came into existence within six months,” Baghel said.
