Narendra Modi to address mammoth public meeting at Mohbhattha in Bilaspur on March 30

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday evening reached Bilaspur and visited the village where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit on Sunday.
Sai reviewed the preparations at village Mohbhattha in Bodri tehsil of Bilaspur district where the Prime Minister is scheduled to address a massive public meeting. He thoroughly inspected all the important arrangements related to the program that included the main stage, helipad, green room, cultural stage, seating arrangements for beneficiaries and special guests etc.
The Chief Minister held a meeting with the officials on the spot and directed that all the preparations for this historic meeting organized in an area of 55 acres should be timely, well-organized and public interest-oriented. It was told in the meeting that about 2 lakh people from across the state are expected to attend the program, in view of which all the departments have been asked to work on alert mode.
Sai said that this would be the biggest Chhattisgarh visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi till date. His arrival is happening on the auspicious occasion of Navratri, which is a very auspicious sign for the development of the state. Sai said they had gone to Delhi and invited him, and today the whole state is eager to welcome him.
In the historic event, the Prime Minister will give the gift of development works worth about Rs 33,000 crore. It includes schemes run under PM Janman Yojana especially for the tribes like Birhor, Baiga and Pahari Korwa, which will give a new direction to the development of tribal areas of Chhattisgarh.
The Chief Minister directed the district administration that it is the primary responsibility of the administration to bring the beneficiaries from home to the meeting place and bring them back safely. He directed to ensure adequate arrangements of water, shade, medical care etc. in view of the summer season.
Sai said that under the leadership of Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao, the local administration is engaged in preparations with full dedication and the program will be recorded as a historical memory in the life of the people of the state.
Besides MLAs Dharamlal Kaushik, Amar Agarwal, Dharamjit Singh, Punnulal Mohle and Sushant Shukla, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Kumar Singh, Secretary to the Chief Minister P Dayanand, Divisional Commissioner Mahadev Kavre, IG Sanjeev Shukla and other senior officers were present.
