Two women visited Jandarshan today ahead of the Rakshabandhan festival and tied Rakhi on the wrist of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai.

Rishi Agrawal and Siddhika Goswami, who brought Rakhi for the Chief Minister from Bilaspur and Bemetara respectively, made requests for compassionate appointments. Rishi Agrawal shared that her father, late Dr. J.P. Verma, was a professor at Government College Bilaspur. She requested a Class 3 post in accordance with her educational qualifications.

Similarly, Siddhika Goswami, hailing from Parpodi, Bemetara, requested a compassionate appointment following the death of her father, who was a teacher at Godmarra School.

Chief Minister responded, saying, “I honor the Rakhi tied by you and I have the blessings of all the sisters of Chhattisgarh with me. I promise that you will receive your Rakshabandhan gift in the form of compassionate appointments soon.”
