Chhattisgarh Finance Minister O P Choudhary met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi on Monday.
A state government spokesperson said Choudhary had an in-depth discussion with the Union Finance Minister regarding the fiscal position and health of Chhattisgarh. He urged the Union Finance Minister to extend necessary cooperation.
The Union Finance Minister expressed her commitment to provide all possible assistance to Choudhary for the development of Chhattisgarh, the spokesperson added.
