Chhattisgarh Minister for Finance O P Choudhary lashed out at former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel for taking a gibe at the government.
“Bhupesh Ji, people are seeing good governance after 5 years of your misrule powered by mafiaraj,” the IAS-turned-politician said. The people of Chhattisgarh have trounced the Congress government that is making them uncomfortable, Choudhary added.
Earlier, Baghel took a dig at the BJP government and the Ministers. “Who is running the government, is it O P Choudhary, Vijay Sharma or Arun Sao?” Baghel took to the social media platform X. The government is run from the state capital and during his 5 years tenure, he never went to his native place in Bhilai, he added.
Choudhary responded and said he (Bhupesh Baghel) knew those who ran his government were either in jail or out on bail. “There were talks that for some time, your government ran from the jail,” Choudhary quipped.
