The Chhattisgarh government has issued order to facilitate officers and employees to work from home following drastic rise in the COVID-19 cases in the state.
The General Administration Department of the state government today issued the order stating that the in-charge secretary and employees can work from home in wake of increasing cases of novel virus in Chhattisgarh. Those employees who have not been deployed on duty can also execute their official work from their residence.
Those officials facing COVID-19 related problems will also work from home and will shortlist the files for timely disposal.
The officers and secretary have been asked not to leave the headquarters and remain in contact with the superior on mobile. It will ensure the authorities to call the employee in case of any emergency, the order said.
