Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai reached Doodhadhari Math in the capital city Raipur Monday morning and visited Ram-Darbar on the occasion of ‘Shri Ramlala Praan Pratishtha’ in Ayodhya.
He also worshipped ‘Gau Mata’ and offered ‘bhog’. Sai also attended the main program of Shri Ramlala Mahotsav at Shivirinarayan in Janjgir-Champa district, where the virtual ‘darshan’ of ‘Shri Ramlala Praan Pratishtha’ ceremony of Ayodhya was organized. Before leaving for Shivrinarayan, Chief Minister reached Dudhadhari Math in the morning and performed customary rituals at Ram-Darbar, praying for progress, peace and prosperity of all the people of the state.
The Chief Minister congratulated the people on the occasion of Shri Ramlala Praan Pratishtha in Ayodhya. At Doodhadhari Math, he offered prayers to Shri Ram Janaki, Shri Swami Balaji and Sankat Mochan Hanuman Ji. Sai said that entire nation is in devotional mood, zeal and fervour to celebrate Shri Ram ji’s Praan Pratishtha in Ayodhya after almost 500 years.
Sai said that he felt fortunate to have got the opportunity to visit the 500 year old Dudhadhari Math in Raipur. Rajeshree Mahant Ramsundar Das, head of Dudhadhari Math, said that today Dudhadhari Math has been decorated like Ayodhya. Swami Balaji and Shri Ram Janaki idols in the temple premises have been decorated with golden adornment for today’s special occasion. He told that Swami Balaji and Shri Ram Janaki are decorated with golden adornment in Dudhadhari Math three times a year on occasions like Ram Navami, Krishna Janmashtami and Vijayadashami.
