Faculty Development Programme concludes at HNLU

HNLU has successfully concluded a comprehensive Faculty Development Programme (FDP) that took place from September 11th to September 16th, 2023.

The week-long program, attended by over 175 academic faculty members and research scholars from across India, aimed to enhance teaching, learning, and research skills in both law and non-law disciplines. Recognizing the pivotal role that faculty members play in shaping academic environments, this FDP was meticulously designed to address modern challenges and methodologies, essential for elevating teaching and research dynamics.

The successful conclusion of the FDP is a testimony to HNLU’s initiative through the University is seeking to redefine educational practices by fostering critical thinking and addressing the evolving needs of both national and international educational contexts.

The program featured an esteemed panel of resource persons. The experts addressed contemporary themes throughout the week, sharing innovative skills and best practices with the teaching community.

Prof. (Dr.) VC Vivekanandan, Vice-Chancellor of HNLU, emphasized the importance of such initiatives, underlining their commitment to fostering excellence in education.

The FDP was organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), with Dr. Pankaj Umbarkar as the Programme Director. Coordination for the sessions was overseen by Dr Anita Singh and Ms. Garima Panwar, both members of IQAC and faculty at HNLU.
