Reshu Krishna, a newly appointed Deputy Superintendent of Police of Bhagalpur, is in trouble for a Facebook post posing with husband in police uniform with shoulder badge of Indian Police Service (IPS).
Her husband Roshan Krishna, who is not even a government servant, is seen with her in an official police gypsy showing victory signs. Wife, who had got 13th position in the joint competitive examination conducted by Bihar public service commission, is also seen in police uniform with badge and insignia by the side of her husband wearing police uniform, badge and IPS insignia illegally.

Director General of Police SK Singhal has directed Bhagalpur senior SP to conduct an investigation about the conduct of the newly posted Deputy SP and her husband, a fake IPS, as she violated provisions of section 140 of Indian Penal code. If charges of fraud are proved, her husband can face three years imprisonment or with fine and the woman Dy SP will also be punished for facilitating her husband in wearing any garb, carrying any token with the intention that it may be believed that he is a police officer.
Reshu Krishna, refused to say anything, but claimed she had removed the controversial photo.
