India today stands at the intersection of demographic energy, technological capability, and growing global engagement. Across sectors, from digital innovation to manufacturing, from finance to entrepreneurship, Indian professionals are playing increasingly significant roles on the global stage. Opportunity also brings responsibility. As professionals and future leaders, you will help shape not just companies and industries, but also how India engages with the world.”
He further added, “Be adaptable in a changing world, be principled in your choices, and remain curious throughout your journey. If you do that, you will not only build successful careers but also contribute meaningfully to the progress of our society and our country.”
Addressing the graduating batch, Puneet Dalmia, Chairperson, Board of Governors, IIM Raipur, said, “Class of 2026, you graduate at a defining moment in history. We are living in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, climate transitions, digital disruption, geopolitical shifts, and rapidly changing consumer behaviour. In such a world, knowledge is important, but adaptability is critical.
Strategy matters, but speed matters more. Ambition is necessary, but integrity is non-negotiable.” He further advised students, “Remain lifelong learners, lead with integrity, and create impact beyond yourself.
