The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur, a leading institution known for Building Business Owners, will host the third edition of its flagship Business Conclave, YUKTI 3.0, on January 10–11, 2026.
Conceptualized and organized by the institute’s academic clubs in collaboration with the Students’ Affairs Committee, YUKTI will serve as a platform bringing together industry leaders, academicians, policymakers, and students for focused dialogue on leadership, strategy, and societal responsibility.
The conclave will feature Bharat Panchal, Chief Risk and Regulatory Officer, APAC and the Middle East at Discover Financial Services, as the Chief Guest, and Ankit Fatehpuria, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, Zetwerk, as the Guest of Honour.
The central theme of YUKTI 3.0, Dharma Niti, underscores the belief that strategy and ethics are not opposing forces but complementary pillars of sustainable leadership. Rooted in Indian philosophical thought, Dharma Niti emphasizes decision-making that balances ambition with responsibility, growth with fairness, and innovation with accountability. Through this lens, the conclave explores how leaders can navigate uncertainty, evolving consumer expectations, governance complexities, and socio-economic transitions while remaining anchored to moral clarity and long-term value creation.
The two-day conclave will feature interdisciplinary panel discussions on themes such as Kartavya Niti (duty-centric leadership and ethical governance), Bhartiya Utthaan (India’s economic resurgence driven by innovation and self-reliance), and Saam Daam Dand Bhed (strategic decision-making in complex stakeholder environments). Together, these discussions aim to bridge timeless strategic frameworks with
contemporary business realities.

A key highlight of YUKTI 3.0 is the Boardroom Simulation, an immersive experiential learning initiative that places participants in real-world corporate decision-making scenarios. By assuming CXO-level roles and engaging with complex business cases, students gain hands-on exposure to boardroom dynamics, strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership under pressure, reinforcing YUKTI’s philosophy of learning through practice.
YUKTI 3.0 will also host a distinguished and diverse group of industry leaders, senior corporate executives, policy influencers, sustainability professionals, and academic experts from sectors such as technology, finance, manufacturing, consulting, human resources, operations, and public policy. Their collective experiences provide participants with a holistic view of modern leadership challenges and opportunities.
More than a conclave, YUKTI is a movement towards reflective strategy and responsible leadership. It seeks to inspire future managers to think beyond short-term gains and contribute meaningfully to resilient organizations, inclusive growth, and a more equitable economy.
