IPN Foundation hosts Regional Confluence Northern India Dialogue in New Delhi

India’s leading knowledge network of school leaders IPN Foundation hosted its 3rd IPN Regional Conference for Northern India School Leaders in association with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham at Ahlcon International School in New Delhi.

The significant event, organized by the Indian Principals’ Network (IPN), saw over 100 school leaders from across the Northern India region to discuss technological advancement taking place in the educational landscape of the country and globally. The dialogue marks the 3rd city in India to host this nationwide series, initiated by the IPN Foundation. The event aims to foster discussions on various topics crucial to the educational environment.

Established in 2016, the IPN is India’s leading knowledge network for school leaders. With a membership of over 12,000 school leaders, 25 local chapters, and more than 50 regional and national deliberations, IPN serves as a definitive platform for exchanging ideas and best practices. The network aims to enhance collaboration and innovation in the education sector across the country.

Gaurava Yadav, Founder and Moderator of the IPN Foundation, emphasized the importance of such programs. “India’s real potential will be unlocked when our school leaders are following the best guidelines recommended by current educational paradigms,” he asserted.

Renowned TEDx speaker and motivational speaker Vivek Atray delivered the keynote address that inspired and informed school leaders. The special address by Dr Arunabh Singh, Co-Founder of Healthy Planet Schools and Director, NWS Ghaziabad, was another highlight of the event.

Sudhir K., an expert in artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence (HI), explored the synergies between AI and HI in education in his special address.

The event was followed by panel discussions focussing Digital Transformation of Indian Schools in which school leaders will discuss strategies and challenges in implementing digital transformation in Indian schools. The second discussion was on The Million Dollar Question that elaborated on keeping a fine balance between AI and HI. Panelists explore the delicate balance between artificial intelligence and human intelligence in the education sector.

The panel for the first topic included Ms. Alka Awasthi Principal of Mayoor School, Noida; Ms. Anubha Shrivastava Principal, Delhi International School Edge, Dwarka, Delhi; Anand Kumar Principal, Khaitan Public School, Ghaziabad; Dr Suchitra Bhattacharya Principal, GD Goenka Public School, Delhi and Ms. Pooja Bose Principal, Pacific World School, Greater Noida west Greater Noida.

The panel for the second topic comprised of Ms. Nindiya Saket Principal, Manav Rachna International School, Noida; Dr Neha Sharma Principal, GD Goenka Public School, Ghaziabad; Trilok Singh Bist Principal, Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, Gurugram; Dr Priyanka Mehta Director Principal, Sarvottam International School, Greater Noida West and Ms. Malini Narayanan Principal, Army Public School, Shankar Vihar Delhi.
