Retired Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Inder Singh Uboweja on Tuesday took oath as the Pramukh Lokayukta of Chhattisgarh.

Governor Ramen Deka administered the oath of office to Justice (Retd.) Uboweja at a function held in Raj Bhawan Tuesday afternoon. He succeeded Justice (Retired) T P Sharma.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Speaker of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Raman Singh, Raipur Member of Parliament Brijmohan Agarwal, former MP Mr. Sunil Soni, other public representatives and senior officials were present on the occasion.

The family members of Justice (Retd.) also graced the occasion.
