A delegation of Korean industrialists call on Chief Minister Mohan Yadav

Merkaba ECDS, a joint venture company of South Korea and India, has proposed to invest Rs 2000 crore in Madhya Pradesh.
The company officials on Monday called on Chief Minister Mohan Yadav at Samatva Bhavan in Bhopal. The delegation gave a presentation regarding investment plans in various sectors in the state.
“Investments of 2 thousand crores have been proposed in about 20 projects in the first phase by Merkaba ECDS Company, which will create more than 25 thousand employment opportunities,” a state government spokesperson said.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Raghvendra Kumar Singh and members of the South Korean delegation, Joong Jong Cheol, Khwang On Rehyu, Junwi Jo, Gail Khang, Junsang Lee and Wosiouk Chung and Rajesh Bhardwaj were present.
During the discussion with the Chief Minister, the company has expressed its interest to take advantage of the state’s industrial policy and invest in water and sewage pipe manufacturing, pharma, biotechnology, medical devices, tool manufacturing, IT, non-ferrous metal, carbon fiber, battery manufacturing, electronic components, nano fiber frames, big data solutions, drone technology etc.
