The Raipur unit of the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has decided to stage a peaceful protest against the alleged irregularities at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Raipur Chhattisgarh.

The decision was taken at the meeting that was chaired by District President of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) Saju V Thomas. In a statement, the party said within the orbit of the legal provisions, it would raise the issues related to the inconveniences caused to the patients in AIIMS located in Raipur.

The party said the patients were forced for tests outside in the private labs while the citizens of Chhattisgarh were also not given priority. Besides increasing the number of beds and staff and doctors in the emergency unit, the party also demanded to stop the illegal fees charged in the name of parking etc.

The party also welcomed Anish Kumar Mishra, who was given an appointment letter as the Vice President of the Raipur District Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas).

In today’s district executive meeting, State Secretary Arif Kadri, Executive President Ajay Yadav, newly appointed District Vice President Anish Kumar Mishra; Vice Presidents Girish Gupta; Deepak Maheshwari, General Secretary Shyam Sundar Nishad, Joint Secretary General R S Naidu, Secretary Lomesh Verma, Joint Secretaries Umesh Dwivedi, Taran Shukla, Nilesh Pandey, Rambhakt Shukla, Abhishek Mishra, Rishbha, Rajeev etc were present.
