JDU national president and Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar is out of the posters of BJP. Only Narendra Modi figures in the advertisements and posters with slogan BJP hai to Bharosa Hai.
The BJP inserted full front page advertisements in the newspapers with the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi featurning and Nitish Kumar nowhere. It highlights BJP promises to give jobs to 19 lakhs people and assurance of free anti-Corona vaccine to all Biharis.
Even on the posters of BJP, Nitish Kumar is not visible. The PM is coming here on October 28 on the second leg of his election campaign.First phase of polling will take place on October 28 in 71 constituencies.
In the election meeting addressed by the LJP president,Chirag Paswan at Dinara in Rohtas district,BJP flags were seen today.Audience was heard shouting Modi Zindabad slogans too. LJP has fielded the former state BJP vice-president,Rajendra Singh from Dinara.Chirag commented there was no hidden agenda.BJP and LJP will form the new government in Bihar
after 20 days.
Chirag spoke at Jagdishpur in neighbouring Bhojour district too.He alleged large-scale corruption in the state government’s much publicised Saat Nischay (Seven Resolves) programme launched five years back.He said when the new government with the help of BJP would come to power next month, an investigation would be ordered on the implementation of the programme.
Those who were involved in corruption, be it bureaucrats or the chief minister, Nitish Kumar would be prosecuted and sent to jail”, he warned.
At Dumraon in adjoining Buxar district,Chirag said the total prohibition introduced by Nitish kumar was a farce and liquor was available at premium.Illicit liquor is being sold and Nitish Kumar is also getting kickback.Re-election of Nitish Kumafr would be disastrous for Bihar,he said and urged the voters to make Bihar Nitish-free state.
LJP has fielded its candidates in 135 constitutencies,all allotted to JDU by NDA.It gave tickets to three JDU MLAs who were denied renominations and nine former BJP MLAs.
His sharp attack came today when the RJD leader, Tejaswhi Prasad Yadav, said in his public meetings “People of Bihar have now developed hatred for Nitish Kumar”. He delivered telephonic speech for his workers at Ara as his helicopter developed technical problems at Arwal.
