Lucknow, January 16
NTPC Northern Regional Headquarters (NRHQ), Lucknow, organised a series of Anchoring and Public Speaking Workshops for students across Northern Region projects at NTPC Unchahar, Rihand, and Dadri.
Over 90 students from various NR project schools participated in the initiative. The workshops were held at NTPC Unchahar on October 30–31, 2025, followed by NTPC Rihand on November 3–4, 2025, and concluded at NTPC Dadri on January 15–16, 2026.
The closing ceremony at NTPC Dadri was graced by S N Panigrahi, CGM (HR), who highlighted the importance of public speaking in building confidence, communication skills, and creativity among students.
The programme was attended by Rahul Sharma, AGM (HR), and Amit Kumar Behera, DGM (Corporate Communication), and was coordinated by Smt. Radhika Gupta, Senior Manager (HR), NTPC Dadri. The sessions were conducted by The Lead Navigators and included practical demonstrations on articulation, expression, and voice modulation.
