NTPC, India’s largest integrated power utility, is proud to announce the Electron Quiz 2025-26.
Scheduled from November 22, 2025 to December 12, 2025, this year the quiz has been conducted in 9 regional locations, underscoring NTPC’s commitment to fostering talent and engaging with India’s brightest minds.
The regional round for Raipur will be held on December 12, 2025 at Atal Bihari Bajpayee Auditorium, Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College with exciting prizes: ₹60,000 for the winning team, ₹40,000 for the runners-up, and ₹20,000 for the third position, along with a consolation prize of ₹8,000 for teams placed fourth to sixth.
The top two teams from the regional round will advance for the National Semi-Finals, and subsequently, the top two from each Semi-Final will qualify for the National Finals. Interested Engineering and Management students may send their credential in advance at email: wr2electronquiz@ntpc.co.in
The National Semi-Finals and Grand Finale scheduled to be organized on December 18 and 19, 2025, respectively, at NTPC-Power Management Institute (PMI), Noida. At the national level, the stakes are higher, with a first prize of ₹100,000, second prize of ₹60,000, and third prize of ₹40,000. Teams finishing in fourth, fifth, and sixth place will receive ₹16,000 each, while the remaining twelve teams will be awarded ₹8,000 each.
The competition organized for Engineering and Management students, with each team consisting of two members, aims to enhance knowledge, encourage critical thinking, and bridge the gap between academia and its real-world application.
The NTPC Electron Quiz, organized since 2004, is a platform to showcase intellectual prowess and a key initiative to nurture a generation of thinkers and problem-solvers.
