The two-day Northern Region Ladies Clubs Sports Meet 2025, featuring Badminton and Carrom tournaments, was successfully organised recently under the aegis of NTPC Uttra Club, NRHQ, at NTPC Unchahar.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of various Northern Region Ladies Clubs, reflecting true sporting spirit and healthy competition.
The Chief Guest for the inaugural ceremony was Smt. Meenakshi Srivastava, Senior Member, Sanyukta Mahila Samiti (CC). The event was also graced by Smt. Chandana Kumari, Senior Member, Sanyukta Mahila Samiti (CC), and Smt. Bipasha Deb, President, Uttra Club, NRHQ, Abhay Kumar Srivastava, Executive Director, NTPC Unchahar , project senior officials along with Presidents and Vice Presidents & members of all Northern Region Ladies Clubs .
On the occasion, Smt. Deb encouraged the participants to uphold the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. The program began with a warm welcome of dignitaries and participants by Smt. Anupama Srivastava, President, Priyadarshini Ladies Club, NTPC Unchahar. The winners were felicitated during the concluding ceremony of the sports meet.
