President Smt. Droupadi Murmu arrived today in Jagdalpur, the headquarters of Bastar division, on a momentous visit.

Upon her arrival at Maa Danteshwari Airport, Jagdalpur, President Smt. Droupadi Murmu was accorded a warm and cordial welcome by Governor Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, who presented her with bouquets.

On this occasion, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Member of Parliament Mahesh Kashyap, Jagdalpur MLA Kiran Singh Deo, and Mayor Sanjay Pandey also extended their greetings and felicitations to the President.

Welcoming the President, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said that he wholeheartedly extends his greetings and felicitations to President Smt. Droupadi Murmu on her arrival on the sacred, historic, and faith-filled land of Maa Danteshwari. He described her visit as a moment of pride, honour, and inspiration for Bastar region as well as for the entire state of Chhattisgarh.
