Prime Minister enquires about Motihari Ram Mandir architected by Bihar IPS office

Patna, August 10

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inquired about the progress of  construction of Virat Ram Mandir near Motihari.

Modi made his curiosity about the world’s tallest under construction temple known to Sayan Kunal, son of the former Gujarat cadre IPS officer, Kishore Kunal in the Parliament building.

Kishore Kunal has written his biography narrating his experiences as IPS officer in different districts of Gujarat, Bihar and later in the CISF .

The biography ” Daman Takshkon Ka” was presented to the Prime Minister by Sayan Kunal in presence of Bihar minister for rural development Ashok Kumar Chaudhury.

Kishore Kunal, an IPS of 1972 batch, has started construction of the giant Ram temple near Motihari. He was an OSD in home ministry during Ayodhaya dispute. He is the trustee of the ancient Hanuman temple near Patna  junction.

With the donation received in the temple, trust runs a cancer hospital, children hospital, Mahabir Hospital too.
