REC Limited, a Maharatna company under the administrative control of ministry of power, on Thursday announced the third interim dividend of Rs 4.30 per share.
The decision was taken at the Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday to consider and approve the dividend and financial results of the company.
“Declaration of 3rd interim dividend @ Rs 4.30/- (Rupees Four and Paise Thirty only) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2024-25,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
Further, the record date for the said interim dividend is Friday, February 14, 2025 and the said interim dividend shall be paid and dispatched on or before March 6, 2025 to those shareholders, whose names appear (i) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on February 14, 2025 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and (ii) as members in the register of members on February 14, 2025 in respect of physical shares.
