SAIL-Rourkela hands over vehicles to CISF for better surveillance of the Plant

With the objective of strengthening the security and surveillance of the Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) has handed over six Bolero vehicles and 5 Bullets to CISF, Rourkela.

In a function organised at the office of the DIG on Monday, Ratan Kumar, DIG, CISF, Abkasa Mallick, GM In-charge (Transport & FMM), RSP, Ashok Jalwania, Senior Commandant (CISF), Manoj Kumar Das, Deputy Commandant (CISF), Pancham Prasad GM (Services), Ashok Panda GM In-charge (AMR), V K Choudhary, AGM (Transport) other senior officers of RSP and CISF were present on  the occasion.

Ratan Kumar along with Abakasa Mallick flagged off the vehicles. DIG, CISF thanked the RSP management for the support extended by the Plant.

The new vehicles will make it easier for the Quick Response Team (QRT) of CISF to monitor the security of the boundary wall of the plant and reach out to the incident sites immediately.
