Even as Bihar is gearing up for the state polls, new worries continue to haunt chief minister Nitish Kumar.
The family members of actor Sushant Singh Rajput claimed that the probe into his mysterious suicide was going off track as the investigating agencies were concentration more on the drug issue. And urged Nitish to intervene in the matter.
Nitish’s government had recommended a CBI probe after much uproar. The chief minister was credited for the probe even as the issue took a political turn in the poll bound state.
The family members of Sushant Singh Rajput are upset over the investigations in the “murder” of the film hero and allege the investigation was diverted to drugs only.
SSR father K K Singh, his sister and brother-in-law called on the chief minister Nitish Kumar at his Anney Marg and complained the CBI probe into murder case had been diverted.
Now, the investigating agencies are concentrating on drugs angle only and alleged involvement of SSR was also being given publicity. The real investigation is not being done, they regretted.
After meeting the chief minister, family members said it was a courtesy call.
Meanwhile, development in Mumbai has been giving new twists to the case every day. After Bollywood divas Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh, three male actors’ names had come to the fore.
They would soon be summoned by the NCB for questioning. The agency had seized the mobile phones of the actresses and was working hard to expose the Bollywood drug syndicate.
