Sushma Sawant, member of Higher Judicial Service and District, and Sessions Judge of Bilaspur, has been appointed as the new Director of Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy.
The Chhattisgarh High Court today issued an order stating that Smt Sawant is transferred and appointed as Director, Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy, Bilaspur in the establishment of the High Court from the date she assumes charge of her office.
In a minor reshuffle executed by the Chhattisgarh High Court today, three other members of the Higher Judicial Service were also transferred from their present positions. Kanwar Lal Charyani has been transferred as District and Sessions Judge of Dhamtari. He was posted as Director of Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy, Bilaspur.
The Judge of Jagdalpur Family Court, Ashok Kumar Sahu has been transferred as District and Sessions Judge of Surajpur while Sudhir Kumar has been transferred as District and Sessions Judge of Bilaspur from Dhamtari.
