NTPC Nava Raipur launched the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ at its headquarters with pledge on Tuesday in which employees participated in large numbers.
P K Mishra, RED (WR-II, USSC & Ash NI) and S K Ghosh, ED (OS) administered the pledge in Hindi and English respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, Mishra emphasised on the importance of cleanliness and fitness. He further asked all to be an agent of change for their locality. Let’s your contribution be sustainable in nature while bringing positive changes in the society, he added. Later, he kickstarted the indoor sports facilities at the office premises.
During the fortnight celebration, many awareness programs are planned for employees and their family members besides few programs for school children of nearby schools.
