NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters, Ranchi, commenced Swachhta Pakhwada 2025 with great enthusiasm. The observance, held from 16th to 31st May 2025, began with the Swachhta pledge administered by Shri Naveen Jain, Regional Executive Director (Mining) & CEO, NML.
Shri Prabhat Ram, Regional Head of HR (Coal Mining), outlined the key activities planned for the fortnight and encouraged active employee participation. Initiatives include a waste segregation workshop, nukkad natak, essay and painting competitions for employees and their families, and a cleanliness drive at a nearby government school.
Publicity efforts such as banners and selfie zones have been set up at the Chutia and Kadru offices to enhance awareness.
At the Kadru office, the pledge was administered by Shri Niraj Kumar Chaturvedi, AGM (TS).
The event saw wide participation, including senior officials like Shri Dhananjay Shrikhande (GM, TS), Shri Gaurav Rastogi (CFO), Shri Ranjeet Prasad , AGM (Coal Mining) , Shri Prashant Singh , AGM (LA, R&R and CSR ), Shri Parshotam Lal, AGM (HR) , Shri A K Soni, AGM (TS) and other AGMs and department heads.
