Richa Singh, Head Combi Mill, Tata Steel, has been conferred with the ISA Gender Diversity Award and ISA Gender Diversity Icon Award 2025, recognizing her exceptional leadership and commitment towards fostering inclusion and gender diversity within the steel industry.
The award, instituted by the Indian Steel Association (ISA), celebrates individuals who champion the cause of diversity, particularly for women and Trans professionals in the sector. It highlights efforts in building inclusive workplaces, driving community engagement, and shaping a sustainable vision for the future of the industry.
The awards was presented by Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma, Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Steel.
Tata Steel continues to lead by example in creating a progressive and diverse workforce, with Richa Singh’s recognition further strengthening the organisation’s vision of building an equitable steel industry.
