Tejpratap returned to his Strand Road residence and resorted to an indefinite dharna outside his bungalow. He alleged he was denied entry into his mother’s residence on the advice of state RJD President Jagdanand Singh.

Tejpratap later called off his dharna after parents persuaded for it.
