Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s convoy would now roll with black Toyota Fortuner.
The vehicles equipped with state-of-the-art safety standards have been added to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s carcade. The Chief Minister performed the ‘vahana pooja’ of the newly procured vehicles at his residence on Friday.
After the pooja, Baghel left for Police Line Raipur Helipad in a convoy of new vehicles. He later flew to Bhanupratappur in the Kanker district where he was scheduled to participated in a series of programme.
The replacement of vehicles in the carcade was necessitated due to safety reasons because the cars used earlier were about 5 years old and had run more than 1.30 lakh kilometers.
