Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW) 2025 commenced at NTPC Northern Region Headquarters, Lucknow, with an Integrity Pledge led by S K Dubey, GM (Operation Services), on 27th October. It will be organised from October 27 to November 2,2025.
On the occasion, Heads of Departments, senior officials, and employees from various departments took the Integrity Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to honesty and transparency with this year’s theme –“ Vigilance our shared responsibility”. As part of the week-long observance, a one-day “Rashtriya Karmayogi – Jan Seva” Training Programme under the Government of India’s flagship initiative Mission Karmayogi was also organised, focusing on capacity building and ethical governance.
For wide publicity of VAW, Corp Comm, NRHQ is broadcasting Radio Jingle on All India Radio – Akashvani, Lucknow , standee and banners on organisation of VAW are displayed at prominent locations of office premises. Various competitions, including an online quiz etc for employees, will be conducted throughout the week to promote ethical values and reinforce the vision of a corruption-free and progressive India.
