Ahmedabad, April 7
Gujarat Chief Minister, Vijay Rupani had congratulated Shaurya Mishra, a class five student of Delhi Public School, Ahmedabad on his newly released Book on science fiction.
In a letter to Shaurya, Rupani complimented him for making best use of the lockdown period when classes in the school were suspended. After reading the book, it was found Shaurya excelled in writing on space adventures.
Chief minister said, “We are proud of your achievements as the youngest author of science fiction and inspiring other children.” He added that at the age of playing marble stone and sticks in the street, Shaurya determined to conquer a dream to become a writer, making the best use of his past achievement, experience creativity and imagination.
The book, titled “Space Mafia on the Loose” is about space adventures, where space habitants try to steal planets. Shaurya, the 10-year-old author, says, “This is my first experience with book writing. It took me about two months to write. I want my creativity and imagination not to take a back seat and get rusted. I need to stay motivated and keep my creative juice flowing.”
