CMPF Office inaugurated at Ranchi

Coal Mine Provident Fund (CMPF) offices of   Zone 1 and 2 were inaugurated virtually by Coal Secretary and Chairman Board of Trustees Dr. Anil Kumar Jain in the premises of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) Headquarters in Darbhanga House of Ranchi today.

Coal India, Director (Personnel) and member, Board of Trustees Vinay Ranjan, Mrs. Santosh, CCO, attended the program in virtual mode. CCL CMD P M Prasad, Commissioner (CMPF) V K Mishra, CCL Director Technical (Operations) R B Prasad, CCL Director (Finance) Pawan Kumar Mishra, CCL Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra, CCL Director Technical (Planning/Projects) B Sairam, CCL CVO S K Sinha, Member, Board of Trustees and  JBCCI Ramendra Kumar along with JCSC members and trade union representatives were present on the occasion.

Jain said that shifting of the CMPF office to CCL, Headquarters, Ranchi will be beneficial for the employees of CCL. He stated that innovations which are taking place in the field of IT, and new technologies should be adopted to smoothen the process. He expressed his gratitude to the CCL management for ensuring that, during his tenure, the CMPF office was shifted to CCL Darbhanga House premises.
 
Director (Personnel), Coal India and Member, Board of Trustees, Shri Vinay Ranjan congratulated everyone on the inauguration of the new building of CMPF and said that every effort would be made to remove the grievances of the retired personnel immediately.
 
CCL CMD P M Prasad, welcomed everyone and thanked Coal India and the Ministry of Coal, and CMPF trustees and said that due to the combined efforts of everyone, the CMPF office has been shifted to Darbhanga House, CCL.

He further added that the building is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Commissioner (CMPF), Shri V.K. Mishra expressed his gratitude to officials of the Ministry of Coal, all the trustee members of CMPF and CCL management. He further said that that the daily official work of CMPF would be starting here soon.
 
Ramendra Kumar, JBCCI member and BoT, CMPF, along with  Smt. Santosh, Commissioner (CMPF) also
congratulated in their address everyone.

Director (Personnel), CCL Shri Harsh Nath Mishra delivered the vote of thanks and said that having the office of CMPF in CCL HQ premises would benefit the retired personnel and any related problems would be resolved easily.
